Delivery & Installation Policy

  • Free delivery and installation are provided for purchases of SAR 5,000 or more in the following cities:
    Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Al-Muzahimiyah, Dammam, Al-Khobar, and Al-Qatif.

  • Free delivery and installation to other regions of the Kingdom are available for invoices exceeding SAR 20,000 for non-discounted products.
    For discounted products, the invoice value must be at least SAR 30,000.

  • A delivery fee of SAR 500 applies to invoices below SAR 20,000 for other regions of the Kingdom.
    During discount periods, the delivery fee applies to invoices below SAR 30,000.

  • An installation fee of SAR 1,000 applies to invoices below SAR 20,000 for other regions of the Kingdom.
    During discount periods, the installation fee applies to invoices below SAR 30,000.

  • After completing the purchase, a customer service representative will contact the customer within a maximum of 48 hours to schedule the delivery and installation appointment.

  • Delivery and installation time is typically 10–15 days during normal periods and 15–25 days during discount periods.

  • If a delivery appointment is scheduled and the customer does not comply with the appointment, the company has the right to reschedule and may charge additional fees for delivery and installation services as deemed appropriate.
