Warranty Policy

The company provides two (2) years of maintenance from the date of the invoice for wooden parts, rails, hinges, and balancing adjustments as much as possible, without covering the cost of spare parts.

The warranty does not include electrical products.

The warranty covers fabrics, leather, hinges, hydraulics, rails, and foam settling in sofas.

The warranty will be void in case of misuse, such as breakage, exposure to direct sunlight, tearing of fabric, or any use that is inconsistent with the intended use of the product, as well as natural disasters, God forbid.

If maintenance is outside the warranty, the cost will be charged to the customer. The customer has the right to know the prices before requesting the service and must approve and pay the cost before the work begins.
